- Assist in daily production activities (tablets, capsules, powders, liquids)
- Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operations
- Follow and implement GMP and SOP guidelines
- Maintain batch manufacturing records (BMR) and documentation
- Coordinate with QA/QC for in-process checks and quality compliance
- Support machine operations, cleaning, and line clearance activities
- Identify basic process issues and report deviations
- Work closely with senior teams for continuous improvement
